I was finally told to go to the parking area but gave me a row which did not exist in Terminal 3 (he told me Row R as in Romeo but the rows only went to G). After half an hour of vainly searching for my driver first in the arrivals area then in the parking lot, all whilst pushing my heavy baggage after a sleepless overseas flight, I finally got a call from my new driver. My new driver was great -- but thanks to a disorganized dispatcher, the rest of the experience was miserable."
